Here were my February goals:

1. Pay down debt by 560.00 - hit

2. Check in at least 2 times - missed

3. Average 35 ounces of water/decaffinated tea. Hit

4. Step count of 192,000. Hit

5. Maintain weight.  Missed

 

March goals

1. Pay down debt by 570.00 

2. Check in 2 times

3. Average 40 ounces of water a day

4. Step count of 210,000

5. Maintain weight

Not much going on in my world.  I had my last physical therpy appointment this week.  Arm is progressing however I still have to do exercise everyday.

    Are you working your way up on the water every month until you get to an appropriate water intake? And is your debt payoff going up each month by $10? Or am I not understanding right? Good job on the steps. Keep checking in with us. We don't bite.

    I am not a good water drinker. I want to increase it a bit.

    I am trying to pay a little more debt each month. Not sure I will be able to keep increasing with increased gas and food prices.

    All worthy goals. It sounds like you have had a good month. Drinking water is good and it's a grand goal. As for the weight loss, if you are meeting your steps, you might not lose weight, but gain muscle.
