Progress on my injured arm is slow

September 19th, 2021 at 01:25 am

The healing of my arm is going slower than I would like.  Well I guess that is part of getting older.

My days consist of working, having PT appointments twice a week and doing home PT exercises.  I live such the exciting life.   Oh well it could be worse.  I think I making slow progress.

Rehab is definitely time consuming and expensive but luckily it’s temporary and you will see the benefits later on when you are pretty much back to normal. My own rehab was for around four months and it was the happiest feeling when I was considered recovered. I only feel my shoulder now when I am tired or the weather changes. Keep going, you should be very proud of yourself for being so dedicated!

I completely understand. I started physical therapy in February & although I stopped attending PT in June when I started commuting to my new work place, I am still working to get my shoulder back to normal. Keep going. I know the end result will be worth it for us both.
